Refund policy
At WeSign, we want you to feel confident when ordering from us. Our products are handmade with care, and we stand behind their quality. This policy explains when returns, refunds, or replacements are available.
1. Eligibility for Returns Because many of our products are custom-made or printed specifically for your order, most items are non-returnable unless there is an issue caused by us. You are eligible for a return or replacement only if: • The product arrived damaged • You received the wrong item • There is a manufacturing defect • The item does not match the description on our website
Returns are not accepted for: • Custom designs approved by the customer • Wrong size or color chosen by the customer • Normal wear and tear • Minor variations in color, texture, or material • Change of mind
2. Reporting an Issue If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide: • Your order number • A description of the issue • Clear photos or videos of the problem This allows us to verify the issue and process your request quickly.
3. Refunds Once your claim is approved, we will offer: • A replacement item, or • A full or partial refund, depending on the situation Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note: • Shipping fees are non-refundable • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank
4. Replacements If eligible, we will produce and ship a replacement at no additional cost to you. Standard production and shipping times apply.
5. Cancellations Orders may be cancelled only if production has not started. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once we begin creating or printing the item. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
6. Return Shipping If a physical return is required (rare), WeSign will provide instructions. In most cases, customers are asked to return the item in its original packaging. Return shipping costs: • Covered by WeSign if the issue is our fault • Covered by the customer for any other reason
