All WeSign products are proudly custom-made and shipped from our workshop in Toronto, Canada, to destinations worldwide.
Order Processing Time Because every acrylic sign is custom-made to your exact specifications, please allow 1 to 3 business days (or 7 to 10 business days for large volume orders) for production, quality checking, and processing before your order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Shipping Rates and Delivery We offer reliable shipping worldwide. To provide you with the most accurate shipping costs, rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

Free Shipping: We are thrilled to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100, applicable worldwide.

Standard Shipping (Orders under $100): For orders under the free shipping threshold, your exact shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout after you enter your country and shipping address.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes For international orders shipped outside of Canada (including to the US and the rest of the world), please note that WeSign is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping by your local customs office are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order Once your custom order is perfectly crafted and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can easily follow its journey to your door.
