3. Product Information WeSign produces signage products, including acrylic signs, room signs, restroom signs, and custom prints. We make every effort to display product colors, details, and sizing as accurately as possible, but variations may occur due to screen settings or material changes. Custom products may have minor differences based on design, printing, or material availability.
4. Orders & Payments All prices listed on our website are in CAD unless stated otherwise. By placing an order, you agree that: • All information you provide is accurate • You are authorized to use the payment method • You understand that custom orders are final and cannot be cancelled once production begins We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent activity is suspected or inventory issues occur.
5. Shipping & Delivery Shipping times vary based on location and order type. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. WeSign is not responsible for delays caused by: • Shipping carriers • Customs • Incorrect shipping information submitted by the customer If a package is lost or damaged, please contact us so we can assist with a resolution.
6. Returns & Refunds Because most of our products are made to order, returns are only accepted if: • The product arrives damaged • The wrong product was delivered • There is a manufacturing defect To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photos of the issue. Custom products are non-refundable unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
7. Intellectual Property All content on the WeSign website—including designs, photos, text, logos, and graphics—belongs to WeSign and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
8. Privacy Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.
9. Limitation of Liability WeSign is not liable for any: • Indirect or incidental damages • Loss of data • Loss of profits • Issues caused by misuse of products Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
